Rural Administration
Rural management is the planning and control of the farm or ranch, in a broad sense, and when well implemented, it helps producers to make the best decisions and have a better vision for the future of their enterprises.
The consultancy will work this concept from the property's existing resources, whether they are material, labor, financial or marketing. Beginning mainly with the planning, organization, direction, and existing controls.
It is worth noting that a rural business is divided into different activities, these are:
• Production: related to the use of inputs, production factors (such as hour/machine and hectares/year), and the generation of products (tons/hectares);
• Finance: is the area that manages the business capital, comprising the financial flows and the revenues, expenses, and costs;
• Trading: the sales department occupies a leading position in the companies and it is through it that a direct communication with the consumer market is established, that is, it is the sector responsible for selling the products;
• Human Resources: May also be called talent management. Sector that takes care of employees, by quantity (demand for labor x supply) and quality (knowledge and skills).
